Andra Sue Hawkins, 72, of Zalma, passed away April 11, 2026, at her sons home. She was born October 4, 1953, in Advance, the daughter of Albert William and Norma Crites Isaac.
Andra had worked for several years at the Inland Shoe Factory in Advance she had also been a homemaker. For over ten years she had been opened her home and her heart to many children as a Foster Mother. She was a member of Kinder Chapel. She was known for always sending cards for every holiday to family and friends.
Andra and Terry Hawkins were united in marriage on December 2, 1978, at Kinder and he preceded her in death on October 27, 2025.
Survivors include: her son, Adam (Heather) Hawkins of Advance, a granddaughter, Taylor Hawkins, a brother, Larry Isaac of Matthews, and a sister, Margie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Ronnie Isaac.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Marvin Jones and Re. Gary Burns officiating. Burial will follow at Fagan Cemetery.
