Thomas Winfrey, 57, of Bell City passed away January 18, 2019 at Advance Nursing Center. He was born July 27, 1961 in St. Louis, MO, the son of Sam and Helen Rampley Winfrey. Thomas had been a construction worker in his time.
Survivors include: two sons, Jason Stewart of Newbern, TN and Sam (Sierra) Winfrey of Paragould, AR, one daughter Wendy Wachter of Belleville, IL, four sisters Diana (Bill) Cawvey, Marilyn (Gerald) Seavey, Patricia (Late Husband-Tim) Todd, and Janet ( Lawrence) Schmidt eleven Grandchildren, Justus, Jeremiah, Karrigan, Georganna, Judah, Zoey, Jacob, Abbie, Eli, Khloey, and Lillie. Tom is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, and an adopted mother Marcella Brown.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, David Howard and Dennis Howard and one son, Jeffrey A. Winfrey.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. at the Chapel. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery near Advance.
