Novella Carolin Robins, 86, of Benton, KY, passed away on August 31, 2026, at her home. She was born July 18, 1940, in Arab, MO, the daughter of Raleigh Payne and Versie Williams Payne.
Novella was a catering and banquet manager at the St. Louis Convention Center until retiring when she was 65 years old.
Survivors include a daughter, Kim Renae (Joseph Alan) Schardan, brothers, George (Beverly) Payne, Walter (Margie) Payne, Gary (Cindy) Payne, and sisters, Shirley Jean (Hershel) Crews, daughter-in-law Dawn Robins, grandchildren, Kyle Edward Schardan, Ryan Lynn (Chris) Robin-Rothweiler, Zachary(Katie)Logan Robins, Abigail Christine Robins, and Stephanie (Brett) Lauren Cates and great-grandchildren, Jaxon Schardan, Addison Rose Robins, Avienhda Marilyn Robins, Bennett Zachary Robins, Vera Grace Robins, Raleigh Thomas Robins, Shaylin Paige Poore, and Callum Clifford Cates.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robbie Lee Robins, grandchildren, Raleigh Lee Robins, Troy Alan Scharden and Jonas Adrian Schardan, sisters, Sharon Markham, Vernita Payne, Louise Wilma Duniphan, Ruby Marie Payne, and Lucy Odetta Payne and brother, Ronald Payne.
