Cynthia Cindy Deloris Freeman age 59, passed away with her spouse and daughter by her side in Memphis, Tennessee on June 3, 2026. Cynthias greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted partner, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, aunt, and sister. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by the people she loved, creating cherished memories and shared adventures. She loved to travel exploring new places, but it was always the company she kept that truly filled her heart. She was known to everyone for her warm and welcoming home, a place where people always felt loved, comfortable, and part of her family. Her vibrant spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
Cynthia was born in Meridian, Mississippi on January 31, 1967. She is survived: by her devoted companion of many years, Timothy Campbell, her daughter Heather (Michael) Carlisle, her five beloved grandchildren, Mariah, Macei, Madisyn, Oliver Carlisle, and Emma Freeman, and her precious great-granddaughter Nova Kolb. Cynthia also leaves behind her mother Deloris Ward, her brother Chris (Christina) Ward, her sister Teresia Tahtinen, and a special niece, Becky Propst, along with a host of family members and friends who loved her dearly.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her father Leroy Ward, and her late husband, Kelly Freeman.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral ser vice will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will follow at McGee New Hope Cemetery in McGee, MO.
